Women’s Running Series Nashville | Road Closure Information
The Women’s Half Marathon starts at 7:00 am on Saturday, September 27, 2014. The race begins and ends in front of the Country Music Hall of Fame. Information on this page is subject to change.

ROAD & FREEWAY RAMP CLOSURES
Most road closures and detours will be in effect between the hours of 6:00 am and 12:30 pm. At 6:00 am, Police and event personnel will implement a soft closure along the entire race course. The race begins at 7:00 am. Streets will reopen on a rolling basis as soon as the last participant passes and all course support materials are removed.
Please review the road closure grid and course map for more information. Residents and businesses located near the race course are urged to plan ahead and to be aware of road closure schedules and alternate access routes.
There are many events going on throughout Nashville this weekend. Please allow extra time for your travel, as road closures may result in traffic delays. View alternate directions for impacted areas here. They are also embedded in the interactive google map below.
INTERACTIVE ROAD CLOSURE MAP
This map outlines the road closures, highlights alternate routes and provides access information for destinations which will be affected by road closures during the race. At most points along the course, pedestrians and bicyclists may cross the course during during gaps between runners. Please follow the directions of traffic controllers if present. Google Maps DOES NOT take into account closed roads on race day.

NO PARKING ZONES
Areas along the race route will be marked as “No Parking – Tow Away Zones.” Please adhere to the dates/times posted. All zones will be enforced. View a list of No Parking areas here.
