Some of the sweetest fruits ripen during the hottest months of the year. Watermelon, strawberries, peaches and more are at their best in the summer, standing alone as healthy snacks and blended together to create delicious smoothies. Peaches are particularly sweet in the summer—and, when blended with Greek yogurt, make tasty and creamy summer smoothies.
Place all ingredients except cinnamon in a blender. Blend on high until a smooth texture is reached. Pour into 1-2 glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon.
