Runner With Labrum Tear Shares Her Strength Workouts Ahead Of Boston

Cynthia Martinez, who blogs at Running Around The Globe and is training for her second Boston Marathon, is training while healing from a torn labrum as she follows a modified training plan. In this video, she shares some of her strength workouts to help her progress ahead of the April 17 race.
