The convenience will quiet any doubts you have in your mind and give you little wiggle room for excuses. With the right set of equipment and the knowledge of how to use it, you are completely ready to have a killer strength workout at home.
Runners need to give special attention to simple strength workouts. Muscles that you rely on heavily to move you safely and efficiently cannot be cultivated by just running. Try adding some of these exercises from the video above into your workout.
