Cynthia Martinez, running her second Boston Marathon this year, and Keysha Lleras, who won our cover runner contest this year, are both members of Latinas in Motion. In this video, Martinez walks Lleras through some strengthening exercises to help her achieve her goal of completing Ironman Lake Placid. And they are all drills we can do at home!
