Kombucha is perfect for mixing up custom, better-for-you Valentine’s Day cocktails, or stocking the fridge for the kombucha lover you love, or as a bubbly champagne alternative that’s got “love” right there in the name! Here are two lovely cocktail recipes to share with your favorite person this Valentine’s Day:
1-1/2 oz London dry gin
1-1/2 oz Brew Dr. Love kombucha
3/4 oz Dolin Blanc vermouth
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass or pint glass. Stir 40 times and strain into a chilled stemmed cocktail glass. Garnish with lavender sprig.
(serve on ice in a mason jar)

Garnish with a lime wedge
