It’s Almost Halloween So You Have To Make This Candy Corn Smoothie

Halloween is just a week away, and ours can’t be the only office with a giant bowl of sugary treats. If you’re trying to avoid too many mini Snickers or handfuls of candy corn, this smoothie recipe is just the trick. And if you’re hosting a party this weekend, why not offer a healthy and FUN alternative.

Candy Corn Smoothie

Ingredients

Yellow Layer
1 cup maple water
1/4 cup plain yogurt of choice
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder

Orange Layer
1/3 cup maple water
1/3 cup chopped carrots
Maple water ice cubes
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup plain yogurt of choice

White Layer
1 cup maple water
1 banana
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Maple water ice cubes
1/4 cup plain yogurt of choice

Instructions

Blend each layer separately until smooth, and pour into a glass with the yellow first, then orange and top with white.
