Take advantage of your gym’s rowing machine to build whole-body strength and improve your running.
This move—called Lying Windshield Wipers—works your abs, obliques and tests your core strength. Note that this is an advanced move. If you are a beginner, start off with your knees bent, twisting to each side, and work your way up to the advanced position. Try 3 sets of 10 repetitions.
