Under Armour has launched its newest shoe technology, UA HOVR, as part of its unveiling for two new shoes: the HOVR Phantom and HOVR Sonic.
Hi! I’m Lily Schenk. I’m 13 years old, and I play volleyball competitively and golf for fun. I’ve been playing volleyball for six years, and hopefully I will never stop. I reviewed three capris, like my sister and Women’s Running August 2015 cover runner, Erica Schenk: Nike, Under Armour, and Lululemon.
The Nike Power Speed ($110, nike.com) capri’s design is great. I love the reflective pattern because I can run at night. Like the dri-FIT material suggests, these pants will keep you dry whether you’re lifting weights or running. The pants are very lightweight and make me feel free, like I could “Just do it.”
The Under Armour Cool Switch ($45, underarmour.com) are like a second skin on me, and my butt looks amazing (don’t lie—we all love that!). They have a mesh insert that keeps me cool and stylish. These capris are simple and comfortable and just my style. Plus the price point isn’t as scary as other quality capris on the market.
The Lululemon Align Crop ($88, lululemon.com) has a high and thick waistband; they will never fall down. On the bottom of the capris there is a really cool reflective raindrop pattern, and the seaming is flawless. The pants are a tight fit, but you will never have a muffin top in them.
