It Turns Out Americans And Europeans Are Flunking Fitness

A new study has found that both sides of the Atlantic are failing when it comes to basic health, nutrition and fitness knowledge.

Nautilus, Inc. questioned 2,600 men and women ages 18 and older in May 2016—including participants in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the U.K. and the U.S.—about a general understanding of health, nutrition and fitness topics.

Both Americans and Europeans earned an F grade, with Americans scoring an average of 42 percent and Europeans scoring an average of 39 percent.

So what were some of our major misconceptions? Check out the infographic below to see if you know your stuff.
