With so many on the market, running strollers need to come with a runner recommendation. This one does.
First of all, the inspiration behind this shirt comes from a top-notch running book (one I need to finish!). Second, I love that it keeps it real—a lot of runners love donuts and donut runs! I'm all about watching my diet, but I don't turn down my favorite sugary treat if it's sitting in front of me. I love that it's comfy, and I love that it says, "Hey, we eat donuts." —Caitlyn Pilkington, web editor
I wasn't a fan of toe socks until I found this brand! After a couple of minutes of wearing them I completely forget there was anything between my toes. I like how they allow my feet to move in my shoes without a constricting feeling. Their compression socks have also quickly become my favorite go-to for compression sock for long runs. If you haven't tried any type of toe socks before I highly reccomend giving these ones a try. —Dorothy Beal, WR blogger and blogger at Mile Posts
These gluten-free, paleo-friendly bars are a nut lover's dream. They come in maple, coffee, cranberry or chocolate chip variations that have the day covered in terms of when you might eat them. These bars are deceptively caloric, so be aware they deliver upwards of 350 calories, but they seem light enough to eat before a run or great afterward for a protein boost. Unless you happen to live close to the gluten-, grain-, dairy-, soy- and peanut-free bakery cafe in Murrieta, Calif., where these are made, plan to order online. (Add an order of Thin Pizza Crust to make some amazing homemade flatbreads!) —Nicki Miller, managing editor
It may be softer than a normal foam roller, but it helps ease aches and pains! Sometimes the firm foam rollers are too much, especially after a long run. The MELT roller gently rolls out soreness without the pain that a firm roller does. Love how you can do situps, balance exercises or stretches with this roller too. —Fara Rosenzweig, contributing writer
Now here is a caesar I can get on board with. Caesar dressing is my favorite and as a household aiming to go dairy-free, Daiya's Creamy Caesar dressing had an immediate appeal. Daiya's Creamy Caesar really dresses to impress having the same rich and creamy taste as regular caesar dressing but with the benefit that you can share it with anyone dairy-free or otherwise. I truthfully eat far more salad now than I ever did before with creamy caesar leaving my tummy happy and my tastebuds always wanting for more. I am offically addicted to this salad dressing. —Victoria Davis, editorial intern
