Researchers from Seattle Pacific University say stroller runners should push with both hands to be energy efficient.
I recently got the Rose Gold Garmin Fenix and it's literally amazing. The part I like the best is that I never knew my mile splits before when I was running on the treadmill, but now using this watch I do. It tracks a ton of different sports and it's really beautiful for just wearing around; it includes the link to my instagram picture too. Oh, and you would think it were heavy based on the way it looks, but it's actually as light as all my other Garmin watches! If you are really looking for a good watch (and the very high price tag isn't a deterrent), consider this one. —Dorothy Beal, WR blogger and blogger at Mile Posts
There's so many bottles out in the world—how's a runner to choose which one gets to sit on her desk? The Lifefactory option is glass and offers a "clean" taste, if you know what I mean. Plus the straw cap is perfect for a klutz like me who is constantly knocking over her water while rummaging through work papers. The silicone sleeve also adds flair and protects from breakage. —Caitlyn Pilkington, web editor
No more protein chalk! Ellie Goudling and GoMacro teamed up to create a delicious bar that leaves your tastebuds wanting more. The sweet and savory bar provides high amounts of protein, while limiting the sugar. It's vegan-friendly, soy-free and non-GMO. —Fara Rosenzweig, contributing writer
Seeds are all the rage right now, and this line of gourmet pumpkin seeds is getting crazy with flavorings beyond salty or sugary. There are lots of spicy options for the adventuresome, but these dry-roasted shelled seeds with a coating of curry are simply divine. Try them atop a blended soup for a little crunch and zing! —Nicki Miller, managing editor
