Some seem obvious, while others might be something new to try.
These new running tights have been one of my best friends this winter. They aren't too heavy but still keep me warm on cold runs. And on days that end up warmer than I'd expected, I don't overheat with these on. They have a nice light compression that makes my knees happy, and there's a screen printing that comes in black or a variety of colors to swoosh over your IT band and different muscles to help keep them fresh. Honestly, it seems to work.

I drink a mixture of Vega Energizer Powder & chia seeds (I call it go go juice) before my intense workouts like hill repeats, track workouts, tempo runs or races. It's got caffeine that gives you a little extra kick and I feel infinitely stronger for a workout when I drink it.

In the winter my hands are always dry and especially so after a windy run. This formula is made without parabens or phthalates, smells great and moisturizes well.

I need a morning, mid-morning, afternoon, before-dinner, after-dinner snack (a little excessive, but kind of true), and these bars are the perfect size for that. The flavor taste so real, and they go down easy with their soy- and gluten-free labels. I basically always have a few in my desk and in my pool bag.

I know this is a bold statement, but this is truly the best coffee ever. They source their own beans and have a roastery, ensuring that every cup you brew will be fresh. But you don't have to go to the Jersey Shore to try it (although you should!). Rook now delivers all of their varieties and in any form you want—whole bean, drip, espresso and more. I'm always partial to Honduras.
