The "10K a day" rule first emerged as a goal distance for walking groups in Japan during the 1960s.
For most of us, the amazing support of a crowd and their inspirational signs are a huge source of motivation during a race. However in the middle of a tough race, sometimes you just need to look at a funny sign and have a good laugh. Here are some race signs best held with a little snark.
