Luckily, this easy green smoothie recipe only requires 4 ingredients! They are all healthy foods you probably already have in your kitchen so you can make yourself a tasty treat right after you’re done reading this.

Easy Green Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 ripe banana
  • handful of spinach
  • cup of almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • ice

Directions: Put all ingredients in a blender and blend very well until combined. Enjoy!
