We all go through tough times and tough runs. Those days where you feel like you want to crawl back into bed as soon as you wake up. Or those runs where even after 5 minutes, you just want to stop. These are the days where you have to wait for your second wind to carry you. Your strength and positivity can help with overcoming any obstacle so you can reach your goals.
