We know running is not always easy. It could be the weather conditions. It could be a busy schedule. It could be a loss of motivation after a long week. Most of the time we succeed. Although there are those times where we have to admit defeat, whether it is a missed run or not performing how we wished. But we promise that if you keep lacing up and head out, you’ll persevere.
