If you've been running solo, here is why joining a friend could be a great change.
@Heelsandlippy: They have been there at the best and worst times of my life helping me to keep going forward.
@mboyle12: Running & workout friends always push me to do my best!
@jennifer_lee02: Motivation for new goals and celebrating everyone’s accomplishments.
@EricasWish5k10K: They are the best because they keep me motivated and on track to reach my goals!
@diannadibble: They push me and motivate me to keep going! Also a run is more fun with company.
@edoherty11: They keep me running when I want to quit and help me stay motivated to be healthy and strong!
@StarrNapear: Running girlfriends=goals set, goal accomplished, memories made, bodysoulmind healthy!
@smileytree21: I love my running friends they always make you believe you can do anything!
@Chapman_LR: They motivate and inspire me to push myself farther than I ever thought!
The Runner’s Guide to WDW: We love having someone to run alongside of us! Even better – racecations with the girls!
Mia M.: No matter how slow or how fast we are putzing along, we continue to support each other 100%!
Deborah B.: EVERYTHING the bond is unbreakable!!
Doretha W.: Everything! They hold me accountable. They push me through the hard times. They share cupcakes [when] required.
Sandy A.: They are my support system…in running and in life….I don’t know what I would do without them!
Cara S.: They ‘get’ me in ways that my non-running friends NEVER will…
Nicole Z.: What’s not to love! They are energetic, happy, motivating and they inspire every step! I love to run with them, but it is the laughter that I always remember!
Harris P.: They are the sisters I never had.
Amy P.: No one is quicker to cheer me on, lift me up or carry me through anything, anytime or anywhere!
Kristin K.: The commitment to show up for each other even though it’s dark, cold, early, humid, hot, etc. Supporting one another over miles through life.
Pam H.: The fact that they hold me accountable… positive peer pressure all the way!!
Maria D.: Running is so much more fun with my “running sisters”! They provide encouragement, challenge and LAUGHS!!! Love them!
@BellRunninspot: Because mine is my mom! She rocks!
