Easy NAKED Run: 3.1 miles @ 9:40(ish) min/mile pace
Naked run time! Before heading out the door for a technology deprived run, I ate a Peppermint Patty Protein Bite for a little boost. It was exactly what I needed to hit the street and pound out an easy run.
