The founder of Run Stroller Run shares her tips on dominating the pusher-life.
Tempo Run: 5 miles (1st mile- 9:30, 2nd mile- 8:58, 3rd mile- 8:36, 4th mile- 8:28, 5th mile- 9:24).
Tonight’s run can be described in one word: redemption. I’m not sure if it was the new running duds (LOVING this Saucony tank and shorts!) or the fact that I needed to come back after a disappointing performance. Whatever the reason, a strong tempo run is good for the soul!
