Big decisions came my way this week that required a lot of thought. I wasn’t able to do something I really, really want to do and it broke my spirit a little. Running tonight felt good, but very hard. Just lacing up my shoes was a challenge. I wish I was the type of runner who could run off the blues, but I’m not built that way. Perhaps it is because running is my place to think and I didn’t want to be alone with my thoughts. One word: UGH!
