Kara’s Training Log: 63 Days to Go

9 miles @ 10:15 min/mile pace
This week’s long run was on schedule for less mileage in order to allow for recovery time for my legs. Between a busy schedule and still feeling a little down from earlier in the week, I was thankful for the lower number. The positive side- 9 miles felt easy and I have to admit, knowing that I can run that distance with minimal effort felt pretty amazing.
