Jessie’s Training Log: 90 Days to Go

Workout: 1 hour cross training

After a knee issue that sidelined me for 10 months, I’m paranoid about getting hurt. To help keep the pain away, I tried out a strength training/injury prevention class at Rehab United in San Diego. I broke the exercise band while doing lateral walks and got to sign it and put it on the wall as per the gym’s tradition. Glutes of steel! (yeah right)
