Jessie’s Training Log: 87 Days to Go

Workout: 5 miles @ 8-ish pace + 3 miles @ 7:22 pace
I set my alarm early to meet coworkers in Del Mar for a pre-office workout. There are definitely worse ways to start the day than with a run on coastal trails. In the evening, I hit the gym to get a few more miles in at a quicker pace.
