Jessie’s Training: 80 Days to Go

Workout: 4 miles @ 7:45 pace

Still in Salt Lake City for work and the weather was treacherous this morning. Freezing rain coated the ground forcing the airport to shut down—and me to run inside on the treadmill. Despite the best of intentions to run another four miles after dinner, but opted to see a Macklemore concert instead. I think I got a better cardio workout dancing during the concert than I would have during the run anyway. So worth it. If you’re not familiar with his music, check it out! Great running jams.
