Allison’s Training: 73 Days to Go

Finished with the hike and ready to ski!

Fresh snow, bluebird day and temps in the high 20′s made it ideal for….skiing!

My workout was supposed to be an easy 50 minute cross-country ski. I ended up hiking and skiing Highland Bowl with a friend. Easy? No. Fun and satisfying? Absolutely!

Total hike was about 30 minutes, followed by an epic powder run and some groomers to end the day.
