One of the best feelings during a hilly run is powering up a steep climb to find the ultimate reward: the downhill! Though a swift uptake in elevation jump starts your heart rate, the decline on the other side allows for catching your breath in silent celebration of your accomplishment. So, go ahead – earn the downhill! You deserve it.
