It’s time for another dose of mid-week inspiration from Women’s Running! Since we know that our brains can be tricky little buggers, we want to remind you that your legs can keep going, long after your mind gives up! Working past mental barriers helps build running endurance beyond the physical demand. It is the will to push on, that carries your body through the end. Stay strong ladies – and KEEP GOING!
