Nothing is worse than running with an uninvited workout partner- self doubt. Just when you think you’ve got everything under control, this sneaky little feeling creeps in and zaps your self confidence. You’re not alone. It happens to all of us (even rockstar runners like our very own Jessie Sebor– editor of Women’s Running magazine). The key is to banish self doubt and come out on the other end stronger than before. Whether you choose to repeat positive self affirmations, focus on previous successes, or take a leap of faith, anything is possible when you believe in yourself. So, today- go all out and leave self doubt behind!
